The Retainer Campaigner.
In the hills of Kevin Graham's hometown
Stood a statuette on the main path of its entrance
A replica it obviously was
Of one in its mall embossed
It was a statue of a once bygone era
Threatening to return a related dilemma
Of sorts that the campaign for equality
Should be abandoned for that of equity
On a patchy ground by this statuette
Were sitting 5 and 6 bachelorettes
Whose debut was a debutante's gathering
A party in defiance bold and unwavering
So much so the Head of the sorority baulked
When one suggested a retainer or just as much
A retainer of a gentleman it was
Whose taste in things Kate Moss
Suggested a daring euphemism
In some matters true of feminism
We need menfolk like him?.....Tatanya asked
We just need him for the task ahead
I would suggest we approach him by noon
For the act should be not a moment too soon
Alexandra must be brought in quietly
And you know she won't be definitely
So we need his strong arms
His unwavering stares his disarming charms
She would see reason that its safe
To follow him to where ever he says cinema shop cafe
She has done us no great favours
And I only wish we forgave her
But we do not stand on temerity
Justice is our forte equality is our equanimity
And this Justice is that she must make move
To make up for that of which we disapprove
She must dress this statuette like a woman
And take it to the hallmark
Deface the other with red paint
With whom next noon we shall acquaint
Ourselves the city the media
In protest of what this city has done to its sisters
Kevin Graham must step aside as
Professorial chair disengage his class
And apologize to Professor Amy Walker
His snide remarks and toxic jokes
Readily provokes and wickedly invokes
An imagery and thoughts of the underpaid and undervalued worker
''All fingers are not of equal length
But they perform their tasks equitably''
''And he who must suffer Tantalus' recompense
Must have suffered Tantalus' indiscretion.''
